If you have already registered, please go to the Payment page.
DO NOT REGISTER TWICE.

We put on a nice event. We plan. We get good locations. We serve good food and brew. In order to do that, we need a solid idea of who's coming to the Gather, what they want, and when they'll arrive.

Please, DO NOT "just show up" at the Gather.

After you've registered (once per person in your family), please visit the payment page to commit financially to attending...

Price

The "one price, all-inclusive" adult fee for 2026 is $125/person ( $60 for kids 6-12), which covers:

Thu/Fri/Sat nights tent camping
Vehicle parking fees (if any)
Beverages (beer/cider/sodas/water)
Thu. dinner
Fri. Breakfast and Dinner
Sat. Breakfast and Dinner
Sun. Breakfast
(Lunches are not provided, though snacks and beverages will be available all the time)

Gather 2026 Registration Form

Please fill in the form below, specifying your name/email as you'd like it to appear on your nametag, then click the [SEND DATA] button. Do this once for each person you're bringing (including yourself, of course). That gets you Tentatively registered. You won't pay until later, as the situation evolves.

The extra information we ask for is to help deal with 'incidents' or 'mishaps', and yes, that has happened in the past.
