The Site:
The GPNDG this year will be held at
Simax Group Camp at Crescent Lake, Oregon
in the Deschutes National Forest. The campground is located on the NE shore
of Crescent Lake just south of Highway 58, and roughly 50 miles north of
Crater Lake, OR.

There will be a Total Solar Eclipse on Monday morning about 10:20am, and the Oregon D.O.T.
thinks there will be major traffic congestion & grid-lock in some areas at that time.
Be alert! Also, check the status of
forest fires
that might affect your riding at the Gather.
Safety Information:
There is a Health Center (La Pine Community Health Center) but they
are closed Saturday and Sunday. Angel Medflight is open 24/7, as
is ACLS Advance Air Ambulance.

Volunteer:
The Gather can't happen without volunteers, please consider
offering to help in some capacity. There is
a page here listing the sub-bosses for each major
area of responsibility. Many of them need help. Please offer.
Registration:
Registration will open around Memorial Day, 2017.
PayPal allows us 60 days to refund someone's
payment without any charge, thus our traditional delay in opening registration.
