White Bird, ID

Here are some photos of the businesses in scenic downtown White Bird. The main street runs logically North/South. Head north if you want to ride the Old White Bird Grade. It's worth a spin — fairly rough pavement, but lots of switchbacks and little or no traffic.

The first business you see in White Bird, at the south end of town. Espresso and treats, and the daylight basement is (I believe) for rent as a single motel room.

The liquor store. Open Mon-Sat from Noon to 5pm only.

The better of the two places to eat (the other one being Hoots up on US95), or so I was told.

The general store. I peeked in, and it isn't terribly large but has more variety than the usual stock at a gas station convenience store.
