The 12th annual GPNDG

The 2003 GPNDG will be held at the Simax Group Camp at Crescent Lake, Oregon in the Deschutes National Forest. The campground is located on the NE shore of Crescent Lake just south of Highway 58, and roughly 50 miles north of Crater Lake, OR.

The Gather will start on Thursday night, which is designated "Nostalgia Night". In the old tradition of the earliest Gathers, the evening's repast was cook-your-own-Brats.

Facilities:

• Community shelter with electrical outlets, lighting, counter tops
• Flush Toilets Note: We have rented several Port-a-Potties to supplement the plumbing!
• Showers
• Three group sites with room for 110 people
• Paved except for the last 1 mile (gravel)

Registration:

Advance registration required!

We put on a nice event. We plan. We get good locations. We serve good food and brew. In order to do that, we need a solid idea of who's coming to the Gather, what they want, and when they'll arrive.

Please, DO NOT "just show up" at the Gather.

If you haven't registered in advance, with your payment received by the Finance Minister no later than July 31, you're not being included in the planning. We hate to turn people away, but we may. You MAY get tent space, if there's any left. You MAY get food, but you'll be last in line. Access to the beer is a MUCH touchier subject. You WILL still pay the same full fee immediately upon arrival, or be shown the road out.

Price:

The "one price, all-inclusive" fee is $65/person, which covers:

Lunches are not provided, though snacks and beverages will be available all the time.

The Finance Minister has also graciously agreed to accept e-mail sign-up - provided that you include ALL the information that you see requested on the form. See next section for payment information before mailing!
