Registration

Advance registration required!

We put on a nice event. We plan. We get good locations. We serve good food and brew. In order to do that, we need a solid idea of who's coming to the Gather, what they want, and when they'll arrive.

Please, DO NOT "just show up" at the Gather.

If you haven't registered in advance, with your payment received by the Finance Minister no later than July 20th, you're not being included in the planning. We hate to turn people away, but we may. You MAY get tent space, if there's any left. You MAY get food, but you'll be last in line. Access to the beer is a MUCH touchier subject. You WILL still pay the same full fee immediately upon arrival, or be shown the road out.

Price:

The "one price, all-inclusive" fee is $75/person, which covers:
• Thu, Fri, Sat nights tent camping or cabin bunking; your choice
  (until the cabins fill up)
• a $3/vehicle/day parking fee.
• Thu. dinner
  
• Fri. Breakfast and Dinner
  
• Sat. Breakfast and Dinner
  
• Sun. Breakfast
  
• Lunches are not provided, though snacks and beverages will be available all the time.

Ignore all references to fees in the linked Dworshak Park and Idaho State Park pages. GPNDG covers all those fees for you - you pay only your "one price" registration fee.

Gather 2005 Registration Form

It's a simple 2-step procedure:

1. Please fill in the form below, specifying your name/email as you'd like it to appear on your nametag, then click the [SEND DATA] button. Do this once for each person you're paying for.

2. Click the PayPal button below and pay online. This is the preferred method. You don't have to join PayPal, you can simply use a major credit card just like you would any other online transaction.

   If, and only if, you refuse to use PayPal, you can use this simple form. But be warned, we'll put you and the end of the dessert line for your luddite/paranoid tendencies. :-)
